During the day you might see your Tamagotchi character with a Christmas tree. That happens when you didn't touch or play with your Tamagotchi for sometime but that's normal. They are celebrating Christmas.

Tonight or tomorrow night watch your Tamagotchi sleep. At night 10:30 PM the Santa will come into yout Tamagotchi's life. The santa will put a present near your character's bed but there will be no present in th morning. If you cvan't wait, then change the time to tonight ( 24th December) or 25th December to 10:29 and wait one minute.

Does Tamagotchi assesories attract you?

Yes, Tamagotchi assesories attract me. When I see them on the street or in the shop I automatically walk over. I don't usually buy it because it's too EXPENSIVE but I would look at it and wish that i have it.

They do look pretty and cute but some are useful too.
Like the Tamagotchi cover on the right. I have 2. One is in pink and another is in orange. I bought it myslf with my own money so i really like it and uses it wisely.

MY Version4 Tamagotchi!!!!!!!

Noo....No............ My Tamagotchi Version 4 (Wong) Turned into an universal teen. I don't want that to happen!! So now i kept on letting my character to go to school many many times a day and wish it could turn back to become a normal teen or an adult in a family soon. I really hat universal teens, it turned into an universal teens because of low skill points or heavy weight.

Today, Phew.... I made it. I turned Mametchi into Tensaitchi. Tensaitchi is a very smart character. When you earn more than 350 intelligent skill points and additional skill points to make the total skill points 450 your character (Must be Mametchi) turn into Tensaitchi.
This was my goal to turn Mametchi into Tensaitchi before the Match maker comes. And I did it!!!

The match maker comes at 3:00 PM if your Tamagotchi is 6 years old or maybe sometimes 7. If you can't wait and your Tamagotchi is 6 years old. Set the time to 2 : 59 and wait one minute. If the match maker doesn't come keep trying until it comes. It is important that your Tamagotchi gets to mate or it will become and elder.

When the Match maker comes with the person he offers, he will ask you if your Tamagotchi want to marry. Press yes, if you pressed no then your Tamagotchi will keep on growing and will turn into an elder and die eventually. If you pressed yes. Your Tamagotchi will recieve a baby. After 244 hours of take caring of the baby your Adult tamagotchi character will leave. Then you will have your next generation. This keeps on growing and you will have more generation.

Not always, you will get a job. in order to get a job you have to have enough skill points by playing games or going to school.

To become a dancer in Version 4.5 earn at least 100 gorgeous points and 120 points in total.

To become a preschool teacher or work in a kindergarden earn at least 120 social points and a total of 140 points.

Want to work at the music studio? Earn at least 100 Artistic points and 200 points total.

To work in the Gym earn at least 40 spiritual points and 60 in total.

To work in hte flower shop earn at least 20 Artistic points and 50 points total.

New technology developed, you can work in the Laboratory earn at least 100 intellectual points and 200 points in total.

To become a fire fighter earn at least 60 social points and 120 total.

All tamagotchis go to school. To be a teacher earn at least 100 intelligent points and 120 points in total.

Job in a bank is big and responsible. A good guarntee this job offer is to earn more than 80 skill points.

To work in the cake shop earn 100 artistic points and 120 total.

Become a good hairdresser earn the most 40 artistic points and 80 points total.

To become a cook earn at least 80 skill points in the social category.

A good doctor or nurse have to earn at least 40 intellectual points and 80 total points.

With 350 arts points and 50 other skill points so that means a total of 400 points. I try to make it to go to school more than 20 times a day to make the skill points rise quickly. Good! Today I fixed my brother's blue dolphine Tamagotchi. It was broken and now I fixed. I cou;dn't believe I fixed. I borrowed bits and parts from other Tamagotchis that I don't usually play. I am so happy that i fixed a Tamagotchi that my brother really like.

Phone numbers

Here is a chart about the cell phone numbers for V4 and V5. You can call your parents when you are 2G or more you can use it. When you are 3G or more you can call your grandparents.

The last three are teachers and when you call them sometimes they give you extra skill points.

And you can get the phone by entering a code at the shop.

The teacher in pre-school will give random skill points for your Tamagotchi. Picking a teacher in school will also increase your Tamagotchi's skill points.

Version 4 growth chart

Do you understand this version 4 growth chart? I will explain it to you. See when you are a baby, the pink line and a blue line. The pink line means girl and the blue line means boy. When you grow older you can be either one of the 4 characters to the right of the babies. They can be both boy and girl. Then when you are a teen you will be in a family, Mame family, Meme family, Kutchi family or universal teens.

Warnings for V3,V4, V4.5

Here are some warnings

· Don't let friends/siblings/pets or other irresponsible people borrow it. It's like signing a death warrant.
· Do not let the Tamagotchi become wet or leave it too long in direct sunlight.
· Be careful not to drop the Tamagotchi - if it lands hard, the LCD screen is liable to crack.
· Don't leave the Tamagotchi alone for more than 7 hours without pausing or changing the time; it will die.

How to look after a Tamagotchi 3, V4, V4.5

1. You can tell if your Tamagotchi is hungry, sad, angry, sick, or sleeping when it sets off a certain beep. The last icon will also become highlighted. Check your Tamagotchi and take care of whatever it needs depending on the situation. If nothing seems to be wrong, give it some discipline. This will add a bar to the training meter. You cannot further the meter at the adult stage.

2. Meals fill up a Hungry heart in the meter and add 1 pound. Snacks will fill up a Happy heart in the meter but add 2 pounds.

3. To lose some weight and gain Gotchi Points, play a game with the Tamagotchi. The amount of pounds you lose/points you earn depends on how well you won or lost the game.

4. Tamagotchi may sometimes refuse to play a game. Feed it to add extra weight. It won't play a game when it is at the weight minimum for its growth stage.

5. Make sure your model of Tamagotchi is a Connection or Connexion. V1-V4.5 can use the pause mode to stop growth and allow the clock to run. (Hold down button A and press B. Repeat to unpause.) On V5, go to the TV icon and choose the Travel Channel. The Tamagotchi will be paused while it is travelling.

6. If you're only going to leave it for 10 hours or less, put it to sleep by changing the time. You can also wake it up in the same way (unless it's a baby). That way it will carry on getting older, without you looking after it.

7. Say yes when the match-maker comes if you want to have your Tamagotchi find a partner. This will happen when your Tamagotchi is about 6. It is best to say yes the first time; it will return much later but it is easier to agree the first time as it may be a long wait until the next chance.

8. An alternative to this is having your Tamagotchi mate with another one by frequently connecting. They must be opposite genders, but the versions don't always have to be the same. When the two Tamagotchis are connected as adults, check the Friends list. The other character will show up with 4 hearts. If the Tamagotchis are at a good age, each will get a baby during a connection. Both will also be the same gender.

9. When your adult becomes a parent, it will take care of the baby's needs as long as you keep the adult healthy. However, it can't clean up its poo or cure it with medicine on its own. The adult will go away after its second midnight. You will have a new generation when the baby wakes up!

Version 4 info

- On December 24th at 10:30 Pm tamagotchi time,Santaclautchi will appear on your screen.

- Between March and April, a huge egg will appear and hatch in your screen if you character is an adult.

- If you recive 3 stars in your money luck, you will recieve more gotchi points after playing a mini game.

- When you eat CHERRY, CUPCAKE, or DONUT you will additional artistic skill points.

- You may be presented with either a bouquet or ring from the king when you recieve a fortune letter with 3 hearts.

- The stero will also play christmas song on the christmas day.

- When it's your birthday the stero will play the birthday song.

- Once you collect the musical instruments you can play 6 different songs.

- Your Tamagotchi will celebrate your birthday on your birth date.

Version 4 Shop cheats

At the shop counter screen, press button A. Then, press button A quickly 3 times. When the shop owner's face appears surprised, punch in the secret code to reveal a new item.

If you enter the code exactly then you will get the item associated with the code. The first time you enter these codes you will not have to pay. But be prepared, any times after your first free ones you will have to pay.
